￭ The New 5-gallon Cap Seal Labeling Machine
The demand of drinking water bottle safety transportation and dispensing have become more and more important factors for most of enterprises in this field. For upgrading the drinking water packaging production efficiency UNIMAX GROUP has developed a high speed 5-gallon drinking water bottle cap seal labeling machine by using plastic heat sealable film for achieving the sealing and labeling application. 

The system has included elevator conveyor, centrifugal automatic feeding system and cap arraying system. The function of the machine including automatic feeding and product supply detect system, and also allowed to equip with optional output double-checking viewing-inspection conveyor system or output conveyor with NG product detect and reject system.

The production capacity can be achieved about 96 ~100 pieces per minimum to satisfy the mass production requirement for the specialized plastic and packaging companies.
