As same as the demand of drinking water bottle cap seal labeling machine, the 5-gallon drinking bottle cap assembly machine for cap, liner and inner plug assembly machine to be combined with plastic seal labeling function also having significant demand in packaging industry.

For serving the packaging industry and providing the production efficiency solution UNIMAX GROUP has also developed synchronously a high speed 5-gallon drinking water bottle cap assembly and seal labeling machine with PLC integrated control system for high efficiency multi-function requirement and toward the trend of automation.

The system has included elevator conveyor, centrifugal automatic feeding system and arraying system for caps. The function of the machine also has included the inner plug automatic feeding and arraying system as well as product supply detecting system. At the same time the liner stack-hopper magazines will be interchangeable for easy supplemental re-fill liners.

The production capacity also can be achieved about 96 ~110 pieces per minimum to satisfy the mass production requirement for the specialized plastic and packaging companies.

Same as the sealing machine, it also allowed to equip with:
(a). Optional output double-checking viewing-inspection conveyor system
(b). Output conveyor with NG product detecting and reject system.
